Relationships with others can be a source of joy and support, but also of exhaustion, conflict, and loneliness.
At times, we find ourselves trapped in patterns that do not serve us: toxic relationships, difficulty saying “no”, fear of judgement or a constant need for approval. Other times, after a breakup or a conflict, it feels as though we cannot heal or that we keep making the same mistakes.

These struggles are not a sign of weakness, but often the result of fears, past experiences, or learned beliefs.
