Hello, I am Sara Foschi. Every day I feel more grateful for the opportunity I have to accompany my clients and witness their processes of discovering inner resources and strengths, achieving significant changes in their lives. It is truly the greatest reward of my work. Having the opportunity to dedicate myself to psychology and psychotherapy is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

This discipline is not just a profession for me, but a true vocation that inspires me to provide services that are always up to date with the latest research in neuroscience. I am convinced that each session together is a step towards a brighter future full of possibilities.

I began my training as a psychologist and psychotherapist and obtained my first professional experience in Italy. In particular, I worked as a psychologist with a therapeutic community for drug addicts and with the Addiction Service at the Hospital of Pescara (Italy). During those years, I set up a social cooperative with a colleague, also a psychologist and psychotherapist, in which I was a managing partner. The aim of the cooperative was to promote a series of clinical and social interventions regarding prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for people of different ages.

Later, driven by the spirit of continuing to develop my professional career, I moved to the United Kingdom, where I worked as a psychologist and psychotherapist with several centres promoting psychophysical well-being, such as Mind UK, for children, adolescents and adults. During those years I continued my training by learning different cognitive behavioural techniques and deepening Redecision therapy with Ian Stewart.

In 2018 I moved to Barcelona, where I currently reside and work in the clinical and training area for professionals. I collaborate with the CEP ERIC BERNE clinical centre in Barcelona and the Centre for Psychology and Development of Viladecans (Barcelona) as a psychotherapist psychologist.

Currently, I am the director of the International Master in Psychotherapy at the CEP ERIC BERNE clínical centre in Barcelona and a Associate lecturer of the Master in Self-leadership and Group Management at the University of Barcelona. During my years of experience I have also dedicated myself to scientific research by participating in several research projects that I have subsequently presented at national and international conferences as a speaker.
