Abortion – A silent goodbye

Abortion

There are experiences that do not always find words. Abortion is one of them.

Whether it came as a conscious choice or as an unexpected event, it carries with it a wave of deep emotions. Sometimes confusing, sometimes contradictory: relief and sadness, anger and peace, guilt, a sense of emptiness, silence.

And often, the world around you is not ready to hear any of it. It asks you to “move on”, to “look ahead”, to “not dwell on it”. But the body remembers. The heart asks questions. And the mind searches for a space where it can finally breathe.

Living through an abortion is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Each woman has her own timing and her own story. It may be an intimate and painful passage, lived in silence. Or a clear, rational decision that nonetheless leaves invisible scars.

It may be a trauma, a relief, a loss or all of these at once.

In therapy, we can give shape and voice to all of this. You are welcome to bring your story exactly as it is, even if it is still unclear, even if it hurts to speak it.

Not to judge, not to erase, but to help you make sense of what you have lived through. Because every emotion is valid. And every woman deserves to be seen, held and supported.

In the psychotherapeutic space with me, the emptiness will not be ignored. Here, it will finally have the chance to speak.
