
Gestalt therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that helps you reconnect with who you are, what you feel and what you are experiencing here and now.
It focuses on becoming aware of how you think, act and feel, and how all of this manifests in the present moment. When we pay attention to the moment we are living, we can truly begin to transform what blocks us or causes us suffering.
Very often, without even realising it, we carry with us “unfinished business”: unexpressed emotions, words never spoken, decisions never made… These unresolved parts continue to influence our daily lives, affecting our relationships, the way we perceive ourselves and our sense of freedom.
